Aty Turns One!

Atley is One Year Old!
I have been trying not to let this day happen, for some time now. But, I guess she has to grow up. She is getting so big. She is now starting to take steps, she babbles like crazy. I am not sure what she thinks she is saying. And, she can throw a fit like a true little girl. Did I mention that she loves to hear herself scream? She is so much fun. She learns new words, silly faces and new tricks, everyday.

We gave her a doll and stroller, which she loved! But she kept tipping the stroller over, when she would push it. So then she decided, she would just ride in it instead.




I had found an idea online, for a rubber ducky cake, my friend offered to let me use her pan instead. Well.. that didn't go so well. So, I reverted back to the idea I had found. And made this cake instead. She loved it! Not so much the taste though. She took one taste and shook her head "no."

SIX!!!

Daxy is 6 years old!

He had a fun day with his cousins and friends.

He wanted an Indiana Jones cake, so I spent the whole day, trying to put this together. Five cakes, and gobs of frosting later, we did it! It turned out pretty cute. It was a little hard to serve though. But it tasted good.

11 months and Counting...

Atley is now 11 months, I can't believe she is going to be 1 year old in a few weeks. I wish I could freeze time. She is so spunky, and so, so busy! She is keeping us, on our toes!!
But we love every minute of it. She loves living at her Grandma and Grandpa's house. Because she gets so much attention!

Her new favorite thing to do now, is crawl all over the yard and driveway. When she goes on the cement, she crawls on her hands and feet. Such the Stinker!
