Funny Story!

So I just had to share the hilarious thing, that happened to us Yesterday...
We decided to take the kids out to Paradise, to eat at the Cracker Barrel. This is a restaurant that has been around for a long time. Jayson and I ate there a couple of times when we were dating. Actually, my fondest memory of this place was when his Papa, took us to lunch there to celebrate, the day we after, we got engaged. Anyway, so we thought it would be fun to take the kids there. So we drive out to stinky, paradise. When I say stinky, I mean horses and cows...
We pull up, and all the people in the restaraunt are staring at us, through the window. Jayson says to the boys " now these people don't take kindly to city folks." Tregan asks what that means, We tell him that they need to act like they are country boys, he asks how? We tell him to act like his cousin that lives in Idaho.(haha)
So we go in, and it is mostly all old people there. I am thinking "Oh Boy, they are not going to be happy with us!"Our kind waitress brings us our menus, and recommends the chicken critters for the kids. (Haha). So we get our drinks, and I decide that maybe I should have gotten Aty a drink of her own afterall, so I say to the waitress." Can I get a little lemonade like that(pointing at Daxton's cup)? She says "sure" So a couple of minutes later, the waitress walks over to our table, and sets down a tiny cup, with a little slice of a lemon in it. Oh my goodness.!! The boys and I started laughing. And Jayson sat there for a few minutes trying to figure out what had just happened. HILARIOUS!! Only in the country! I swear.
Needless to say, we probably won't be venturing out there, anytime soon again. The food was good, But, we felt a little out of our league. HAHAHA!
