Actually it's called
Bear Lake, but it was a little cold when we got there.
Jayson buried Tregan in the sand. Aty thought it was fun to throw sand on him.

One of the many seagulls, all around us.

Hangin with daddy, eating some doritos

Aty did not like the water. She was so sad, she just layed on my shoulder after. Poor Baby!
We decided to take the kids up to Bear lake on Saturday. We packed up the car and headed out, much later then planned. The freeway was backed up for miles! So what would have taken us an hour or so, took an extra hour or so... UGH! I was actually pretty content to just hang out in the car for the ride. The kids were just watching movies, and I was enjoying the peace, and just being out of the house. Jayson, however, was not liking the traffic at all! (haha)
I had forgotten to look outside to check the weather before we left. "Well it has been so hot all week, why would I?" Um because it was totally cloudy, and borderline chilly! "OOPS" Well we were going no matter what, after all that work to get us packed and ready to go.
SO...
Three hours, Three tired kids, and One grouchy daddy, later. We made it to the lake. It was windy and cold! But thankfully it didn't stop the boys from jumping right in. Aty on the other hand. Was not having any part of that water. After an hour or so, she let me put on her swimsuit, and I tried to take her out in the water on her floatie. She SCREAMED! She spent the rest of the time, just playing in the sand, and chasing the seagulls. It did end up warming up after a while, and then we could enjoy it more. The boys had so much fun wrestling each other in the water, building trenches, and running.

It was fun to have some relaxing, family time. I have to admit, Utah Summers are the best! I have missed the green trees, and pretty mountains.
